Lower interest rates on credit cards.

Upon answer, I received a message telling me that this was my final notice to lower my interest rates. I pressed 1 to speak to a rep and when a live person answered she asked if I was responding to the request to lower my interest rates, I immediate asked for her name and the name of her company. She hung up on me without saying another word. I have had repeated calls from this same exchange and they will even leave a message on my machine. Very frustrated with this, they are clearly breaking the law as I have no known affiliation with this company and my number is on the Do Not Call list.

I DO NOT have a credit card and I get these calls all the time. I have reported several different numbers to the DO Not Call registry, but they still keep on a'coming. I even told them I did not have a card and to remove my number. Also asked to speak to a super and they hung up on me.
