Lower rates on credit cards, etc.
Every single time, the computer begins by saying "This is your second and final notice." This last time, I pressed one, and a live operator answered. He asked me if I wanted to take advantage of Card Services lower rates. I said, "No, I would like you to stop calling..." but before I even finished talking, he hung up on me. I just want them to stop calling!
The last six or seven times, the number has always been some form of (417)800-23xx
Prior to that, the calls would come from a number in this format: (424)273-20xx
