Lowering credit card interest rates
Recording said they were offering a lower interest rate and said it was the last and final call. I continually get that same call and it is annoying. I pressed # 1 and told them I was on the no call list and all I got was bad language calling me names, etc. He asked if I had a credit card they could call me any time they wanted to and since I was reacting the way I was about it he would make sure I was called more often than I have been in the past.
Approximate wording -- "Rachel from Credit Card Services with a message about your credit card. There is nothing wrong with your card now, but if you would like to lower your rate, press 1." Sometimes she says "this is your final warning." Sometimes she says "press 3 to avoid further calls," but we have tried that and it doesn't stop them. We have several credit cards and get a round of these calls every few weeks. How can we stop them?
