Reduction of interest rates on credit cards,but yet require me to give them all my information, since they have none. Scam I think so.

I receive about 3-4 calls per week on my govt cell phone (307 631 5151), 2 today alone to lower credit card rates. When I press one to speak to an agent and try to talk to them to remove me from their call list, they hang up. They are very consistent about hanging up every time if you ask them anything about who their business is or why they are calling, so it must be part of the script for their operators to answer no questions.

Lower interest rates on my credi card, but when I investigate this opportunity via their instructions I am always told I am not eligible because I carry a zero balance on my credit card. I have asked repeatedly to have my number removed from their calling bank of numbers but they continue to call.
