Credit card delinquency and they could fix the problem - I have reported this co. many times and the many phone numbers they use. We do not have ANY credit cards.It comes on as a recording. What good is it to be on the National Do not Call list? This co. bugs me to no end, I have reported on them, and nothing has been done.

Claimed it was my last chance to lower rates on credit cards. I have repeatedly indicated I do not want them to call me and they keep calling. After the pre-record a real person comes on but they hang up as soon as I complain.

I have received more than 400 "lower your credit card interest rate" calls on my unlisted - Do Not Call registered cell phone. They are now calling 4 to 5 times per day. These calls have been increasing ever since the FCC has taken action against the 7 robocall spammers.
Slapping them with a fine that they do not have to pay isn't going to deter them at all. You need to go after them in CRIMINAL court for the advance fee fraud and the identity theft.
