The message tells you that you have been selected for a platform something (not clear) and press 1 to be connected to a representative then it rings 3 times high pitched and hangs up. It also gives you the option to press "2" to be removed from their calls but the calls still continue

She's receiving calls all through the night from 417-800-2585, . If she answers, the call disconnects. The phone number is for 3L Communications, and it has posted that they don't make telemarketing calls and to contact the FCC, FTC, etc.
