Two calls this week to my home in Ottawa. The first time I said I had no wish to subscribe to 'Le Devoir' in response to the woman who spoke in French, and requested removal from their calling list.
When I answered the second call a few minutes ago in English by simply saying "Hello", the caller did not respond, and simply hung up.
Once they have you in sight, they will call you twice a day until you answer
