Electric bill scam saying they can give me a discount on my electric bill. I blocked the call, I wasn't born yesterday. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Caller: Caller ID showed "Courtesy" It is a scam saying the can give you a discount on your electric bill.

Dead silence, couldn't even hear caller hang up.
Complaints on another site say recording stating they didn't respond to recent calls about lowering their elec. bill.
One complaint said it was recording about credit card
Caller ID says Montpeiler, OH. but with cell phone now days, they can be forwarding their real number to a fake number to do their dirty diddies with.

Caller ID says: Montpelier, OH 1 419 216 9308. They called today January 13, 2017. I called the number back using *67 number privacy feature of my phone company and a continuously repeating recording answered: "Hello and thank you for calling. If you would like to be put on a Do Not Call List for the number that called press 1."

THey have called me numerous times stating that there is a problem with my electric bill, they quote me a claim number and want me to contact them ASAP.
