I could not understand the callers name, but insisted that i pay 768.00 or the will take me to court for check fraud.I have not had a checking account in over 10 years. I cussed him out because they have cal several times before from different numbers. He cussed back at me. So /i had A lawyer speak to him and he hung up. I have a saved voice mail on my cell.

I recieved the same message on my cell phone....John Fisher was his name... he was NOT white - he was indian or middle eastern. No reply from me on my cell, so he then calls my husband at work. Tells my husband all the stuff reported here. Well I looked up the supposed lender-he gave my husband- he wouldn't give the number since I magically already knew it was NOT an actual lender but a website search engine for payday cash advances; he couldn't give that information. As he is a collecion agency and since I fail to pay why would they want to talk to me? His line has weird static when he answers questions. When I ask who MY attorney could contact in regards to this matter he got angry and said some Indian/middle eastern cuss words and hung up on me.

called my work under number 760-111-1000 also, my supervisor took the call and informed him to stop calling me at work.

The other number that shows up on my cell phone that I also tried to call back is 760-111-1000

Exactly - and now the jerk has called me 6 times - the last time I called I told him that I had called the courts and the case number he gave me was fake and that he was a scam so stop calling me - and he's called back twice already since then!
