Same as above. Computer repair scam. Played with them for a moment and he had a curry-fit calling me full of sh*t.
THE ONLY WAY ANYTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT THIS is for everyone who gets these calls from spoofed numbers to let YOUR own carrier know that your received such a call and that you want it traced to the dirt ball Indian carrier where it originated. if enough of us bombard the carriers, they will decide it is time to do something about these criminals.
