John Tanner called said he was from criminal branch FDA, a special agent. Told my husband there was a bench warrant for his arrest regarding drug ring in the Dominican
Republic where we supposedly purchased one line drugs. We contacted the police, no
warrant, contacted our attorney who attempted to call Tanner, someone answered phone said they would put him through to Tanner but then hug up. Our attorney has attempted to call Tanner back several times but his calls were blocked. Both police and attorney said this is a scam. Tanner was rude and aggressive, don't fall for his scare tactics
Got a call from "Special Agent - John Tanner" from 423-218-4954 this afternoon. Left message on voicemail stating that if I didn't return his call I would be arrested. Thank you to those of you who posted this information before me.
Called on my land line. gave number and extension of 2227.Left msg with my son claiming he was an agent with the FDA and I had to call him back. My son stated the caller sounded like a complete a-hole.
Received a phone call from this person claiming to be some federal agent. Tried to strong arm me verbally over the phone. Making false accusations and using incorrect address of residence. Called the number back and there is a front setup saying this is the US Food and Drug Association. These people have foreign accents of Central and South American decent.

Have reported him and would like to give him a taste of his own medicine
He left a message claiming to be from the FBI, US Food and Drug Administration - used name of John Tanner special agent. He said if I did not return his call immediately a warrant for my arrest would be issued.

Please report him to DEA as scam. I did
