Caller: Annoying!
I have been receiving calls for a long time from#s starting with: 423-292 (local or so it seems) I've called a few back & when answered it's a person who is home (can hear kids, husband's, wives, TV etc & they always act like they have absolutely no idea who I am or why called me etc. & no voicemails to leave them a message or what I wanted was to hear the greeting to find out who they are or work for....positive FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY!
