I was called requesting to lower my interest rate on my credit card. I asked which credit card we were talking about and the male with a Spanish Accent began swearing at me and become verbally abusive and hung up.

I asked for this number to be removed from their database and they asked me over and over and over and over and over again how old I was. I do not give out information over the phone --- EVER and no reputable company would ask.

I have already told them to put me on their Do Not Call list twice before, and they just hang up on me. This time, I asked to be transferred to the manager, so the guy says ok and changes his voice and says "hello", then laughs and hangs up.

totally a scam. asked me if I was calling for the interest rate reduction and I replied "I don't even know what this is" and then they promptly hung up on me.

Called themselves 'Card Services,' a common name for credit card thieves claiming to lower your interest rates. I asked for their mailing address in order to send them a letter requesting more information and the sales person (with an Indian accent) got very irate. I asked several times for business address before I was told they were in "Narnia" and therefore had no mailing address. I asked to speak to a manager and he hung up.

total scam tried to say my Credit card interest was lowered and this was my last chance to call to change...sorry don't do biz in TN.
