Called at 9:00pm. Glad I didn't answer.
The caller ID said Blue Cross Blue Shield. A robot asked me if I was the person they were looking for. When I said yes, it said sorry they were experiencing technical difficulties and hung up on me.
I’ve had 2 calls from this number that were asking me to rate the customer service person that handled each of the 2 calls that I had made to inquire about my medical and dental insurance. It’s not spam. They’re just trying to get feedback from customers about the the customer service people’s performance.
