a bunch of idiots
Initial robo call about lowering my credit card interest rates. Pressed 1 to speak with someone. Tried to get the name of the company. All she would say is "Credit card services, like VISA and Mastercard". When I pressed her for a company name, she hung up. Tried calling number back, got message that number is not in service.
