Got a call from them...No message left...

they just called at 8:30am

some company called PNB Capital Group or something. she sounded legit. told me about a collection i owe from a couple of years. i gave her my info and card #.. she said i could lower my debt in a year.. now that i look up the number im finding all this stuff, im really concerned now, what should i do?.. im about to call the bank and block any charges made by them..

Called cell phone about 8:15AM.
As with most calls to my cell phone, they
were not smart enough to leave a message, stating who was calling or what call was about.
