When I call back ,its a busy signal
OKAY can you stop NOW! I'm so tired of receiving soliciting calls when I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST. What part of this statement do they not understand? Oh! that's right we live in a world of many languages and they claim they don't know the laws,. Well, this company keeps calling and calling, disturbing my sleep, dinner, time with family and not to mention the irritation from not answering me when I pick up. Get them to stop calling or I will file a class action suit. Last calls of record: 8/9/2012 3:37pm and 8/9/2012 7:47pm. I stopped picking up the phone when these two came in on the caller ID. FOS Global CID 424-235-5881.

I am positive that this number is related to two other phone calls that I received. In 2009 I took out a payday loan. They overcharged me about 1000 dollars until I reported them to a federal agency. My bank stopped payment and I closed the account. My family members started getting calls from a number stating that there was as problem with my SS# a few months ago. On 10/6/11 424-235-5881 called and did not leave a message. The next day a restricted number called me the next day leaving me a message that I needed to call the law agency 281-84-7474. This number was in Housten, TX. They claimed they were an officer of the county sheriff and that I would be getting a warrant for my arrest for several criminal charges and that I needed to call ASAP to get information on this pending case. I called the above number. They did not identify either the agency or the individual who answered the phone. The man continued to stress that they did not have to tell me anything. I continued to tell him that the message left was to call them for information. He appeared to be discussing the Payday loan and I told him that a federal agency was investigating them. He made several threats accusing me of wire fraud, prejury, lying about my income. He wanted to know what I was willing to do before my driving license was taken away on the following Monday. I told him that I wasn't making any negotiations until he told me exactly what I was being accused of. Then he really started to get angry and ended the conversation out of the blue, "I'm not supposed to sleep with you." and hung up the phone. I don't know where that comment came from.
I contacted the local sherriffs' office and asked for the officer whose name was referenced as the only number given was from Texas. They told me that no such individual worked there and that furthermore, they would have identified themselves as a police officer, county sheriff, or constable and not give notice of arrest warrant!
