Well i would tell u what the man said if I could have understood anything that he was saying but through his thick barely any english india accent the only thing i could understand was my name and even that was sketchy they keep calling me every 5 mins and it's the same guy i have blocked his # but i still get a voicemail into my inbox...

I got a call on my cell then my work line from these people. They claim I took out a payday loan from someplace I never heard of and that I am being sued for not paying it back. That I must have my attorney call them back. I actually work for an attorney so when I called them back they asked me what number I called. Obviously if I called them they should know what number. The same type of people used to call me from another number. They have heavy indian accents so you can barely understand half of what they are saying. i have seen lots of complaints on other sites about this number

this man called me and said that i was being brought on charges of theft bank fraud and something else. he told me to write down the case number when i did all of that he said do you have a lawyer i told him no because i have no idea what this was about he said well your being sued by the state of californa. i told him i had no idea what he was talking about and i would look into and call him back he said you have until 6pm so while i was at work i called him back and a woman asnwered the phone i told her i was calling back because someone called me and told me that i was being sued i told her i dont beliueve that this is true and in fact i was going to report them the BBB ashe told me to do what i have to do as she suss me out and then hung up the phone. then they called me back same man different name of course. then i told him that he was lying and that this information was not true i ask for the phone number he said i should have gotten this info when i applied for the loan i said i never did and he told be not to call back there. when the thrid phone call came in by this time i was steaming mad and i told them that the information for my bank was wrong the man then says oh well you have been a victim of identiy theft i said yes that seems to be the case..the next day my H.R person calls me and she says that these ppl called and said they were filling a law suit againts me. so i took it upon myself to call thesse ppl all day yesterday until they beg me never to call back i called them so much that when they saw my number on the caller id they sent me straight to voicemail so to get them to stop calling give them a taste of there own medicine........
