Numerous phone calls from "Windows Technical Support" with a strong Indian accent. Name changed from Daniel Foster to Daniel Brown. Said his Badge was APS 3 and gave me a return phone number of (424) 256-3700. INSISTED I was getting error messages reporting to them and I needed to go to my computer and hit the Windows key and 'R'. I did not do that and on doing research found this to be a scam to get control of my computer. I've told we're on to him, hung up many times. He calls everyday and many times during the day! He'll hang up if I say we're on the "Do Not call" list but then will call back later! When I hit *69 though his number came back as (212) 654-2312.

Optimized PC...felt like caller was trying to get personal info about me and my family.
