Credit card services. I talked to a live person who answered "Card Services", but when I asked how she got my number, she hung up. I called back and got a message about 'Phone Jack'. I am on the Do Not Call registry but these people keep calling and I can't find out who they are, can someone help?

0% financing on credit cards. I held on until the end to speak with a live person, telling them I am on the do not call list and she hung up on me. Everyone I know on the DNC list is receiving unsolicited calls. Apparently these companies do not care about the DNC list and there are no penalties for ignoring it and doing as they please. My elderly mother shouldn't have to hobble to a phone only to be met with a solicitor who is rude. It's honestly not fair. My underage daughter is now getting solicitation calls on her cell phone. I'm afraid to list it on the DNC list because I almost think that increases your chances of getting the calls.
