Listed property in San Francisco and used the name Cynthia Bura allegedly working at Broadcom
scam- email address didn't match signature line.....My name is Deborah Book. This is regarding your inquiry about my property at 5 Wildflower Dr, Corte Madera, CA 94925. The house on the market for sale and for rent, I wish to sell my house, but I have not found a good price on the market yet so the house remains on the market but the house will be taken off the market(no more selling) once it's rented out.
The house inspection is only by appointment for potential buyers, so go for the inspection as a potential buyer and not as a potential renter then get back to me after the inspection for the rental application form. Attached are the home rental requirements, fees, and description along with the house pictures. My property will not last long, so I won't hesitate to accept a suitable offer or person if available. For more details, call or text me (although texting is preferable for faster communication). The house can come furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished.

The Realtor is not happy that we now want to rent out the house because we will take the house off the market so be advised that the Realtor might discourage you if the Realtor knows you will be renting the house. The house will no longer be for sale once it’s rented out so a long-term lease is available.

My daughter was almost scammed by this same person- exact wording in fact. Thank you for posting this- it saved her over 8k. I knew the payment method was fishy when they asked the securty deposit and first month's payment be sent to 'their daughter's" bank.
