This number called me. I didn't answer and they left no message. Most likely a scam judging from the comments from those who answered their phone. I get too many calls like this so I don't answer them at all to hear them try to scam me.

I sat in silence with my phone on speaker expecting to hear a recording for either student loan debt consolidation or extending my car's warranty - I bet my buddy which one it was - but after a few seconds a person came on saying "hello... hello?" so I proceeded to tell him that I in fact could refinance HIS student loan debt. He said he was calling me about my car insurance... I told him I don't have insurance because I don't drive and he promptly hung up on me.

No message....scam.
