I spoke to the same guy yesterday! Just like you, I could barely understand the guy and he talked about me being arrested today and me needing to get a lawyer. I only heard bits and pieces but he kept asking for my bank card # to show that I tried to settle the matter. I didn't give him any info but he had my address and the names of 2 of my family members. Also, he had my social wrong. I didn't like that because I don't know how this person has that info. Also, I was left a message saying to call someone by the name of Mr. Robinson. That's how it all started actually. I called back asking for Mr. Robinson and he had put me on hold, so I hung up and called back and got the guy that you can't understand. I asked him can I speak to Mr, Robinson and he asked me why? I asked him all kinds of questions and then he asked me what was I going to do because it's time for him to log off. I said,"what do you mean it's time for you to log off?' He said,"have a good evening; I'll call you tomorrow." Then he hung up on me! What the hell is going on???
