I received a call from this phone number today, and the preson on the other side said he was with ENG Lending (and later in the call identified himself as Noah Smith). I had inquired into a Home mortgage loan through Lending tree and thought I was getting a call from one of the mortgage companies that lending tree said I was pre qualified with. The young man asked me a number of questions relating to mortgage qualifying and said a senior mortgage lender would call me Monday for further processing of a loan but claimed I needed to pay $59.00 up front to get the loan processed. I was concerned & said I didn't think I wanted to do that, but before I could finish, he said "alright, if you change your mind - call them & they would continue the application" and hung up. I guess I should of been more care to release personal info before checking credentials; wanted to warn anyone else who gets a call from these people.

It is a call from "Prime Credit".... a home lender and/or credit repair company....

They charge an initial $60 to start pulling your record.... then anywhere from $200-800 to "fix" your credit....

As for the "home lender" part... I don't know as I am not looking for a home --- but they mentioned it....
