Told me she was collections and wanted to confirm my work email after she got me on the phone. She told our admin that she was "Rachel from Sisco". Heavy indian accent. Kept repeating herself. Sounded like she said Technology Services

This Group called me seven times within a 30 minute time-frame. Could not even understand her name and said she was with Google ... obviously a lie.
