second day in a row I've gotten a call from this number, both around mid-morning. I missed the call both times. A weird voice mail was left the second time. Absolutely no background noise, nothing, for the longest time, then a computer voice says "Hello?" then another long pause, then "Hello?" It was weird.

This is a complete scam. It is an automated call at first then they transfer you to a live person. When I asked how can I verify that this is Royal Carribean Cruise Line they said they would mail me something after they explained it all to me. She then asked for my name and phone number in case we lost our phone connection. I said you should already have my phone number, you called me. She gave me some BS story on why they didn't. Then she asked what State I was calling from, I said you called me! When I wouldn't give them my phone number she said fine, we will just pass this offer on to the next person and hung up.
