Services: will lower interest rate on all my Chase visa or MC to 6%. Ask me to verify Credit card numbers and expiration date. When hesitated, said that information is available anytime I make a purchase online. Cannot use card unless they had the security code. They then asked for my bank name and account number since my 2 cards were maxed out. I finally got smart and stopped the conversation. Said will call me back today at 5:30 for bank account.
