Recorded message saying it was a credit card service center and that it was urgent that I contact them about lowering my interest rate. The message did not identify any card issuer or provide information that would indicate it is from a legitimate source. did not even call me by name. THIS IS A BAD NEW CALL SCAM SYSTEM PLEASE BE AWARE.

Something about low interest rate credit cards. Started with recorded message. I then spoke with someone who began talking about my credit card account. When I asked which account he was talking about, he hung up.

lower credit card rates. It was a live call and the guy started yelling at me and ask why I pressed 1. I told him I did not. He kept yelling.
I told him I would report the call. This is wrong
and people should not have to put up with this.

I did not actually answer the call (I never do when I don't recognize the number) but in researching the number on line, other people say it is a recorded message, not from any particular bank/credit card company, that claims to be able to lower your interest rates. I have no need for such services and have never been in the market for them, nor have I authorized anyone to call me about this, let alone on my CELL phone!
