First a recorded message saying you must call about your account balance, but hurry, must do it now or offer ends. Then you can press a number to speak to live agent. I did, and I asked the man what the company name was, and he asked, "Why?" I said I want to report your company for calling me unsolicited at 9 am on Saturday morning. He said, "It's called You Are Stupid Company." Then he called me "Mrs. Idiot," all in a foreign accent that sounded Middle Eastern. (I am just reporting -- not being racist.) It sounded like a call center in the background. When I didn't reply, he finally hung up. I have received this kind of call many times, but I have not recorded the dates.

Said would lower interest rate on credit loan through Bank of America and, I believe, Citibank or Citigroup. I pressed 1 to speak to representative and asked how they got my number. He never answered me & simply hung up. I did not have opportunity to tell them not to call again. I then dialed number back and recording said that it was an opt-out number. I selected opt-out.
