We hired a lawyer to deal with Alley 24 / Vulcan after we had a serious dispute with them over the quality of our apartment.
This guy called 7 times in a row, even though they know they should be contacting our lawyer instead. This actually is in violation of Washington State Law, and I encourage anyone else being harassed by this guy to contact the State Attorney General.
