scam that calls multiple times a day

I continually receive calls from Megan despite requesting to be put on the DO Not Call List. IT seems to make no difference and is very annoying when they switch on the recording....I will be brief.... It would be great to be able to stop this annoying scam

So a friendly voice comes over the phone, " Hi I'm Meagan. How are you?" Me, "I'm good" . She pauses, I say "what can I do for you Megan"? She says," I want to tell you about are great mortgage rates". " Whoa, I say, please take me off your call list" She just hangs up before I finish my comment. Anybody else getting tired of these ridiculous calls? Who in the right mind would do business with these jokers?
