Scam. Calls phone that is on do not call list. Spoofed caller ID, same area code and local prefix as called person.

Either a robo call, or caller is instructed to keep talking without taking a breath. I stated to "Please remove this number from your list and never call again."

I am nearly certain this is the fraudulent scam that says you won a trip but have to use your debit or credit card to pay a handling charge, then your account gets robbed.
