This number has been calling my non-existing phone that I pay for with a discounted three way package I get through my local cable company, I see it pop up on my TV about 3 times a day. This has gone on for over 6 months.

Some lady with a foreign accent asked me if I knew a Howard which sounded so bogus to me.

Same thing happens to me. The caller does not leave a message.

This number calls my machine at least 3 times a day. It's just a bunch of noise like machines in the background.

Caller: Don't know. Just machine noise.
