Services----said my last chance to reduce my credit card rates...I do not have a credit card except my credit union with Florence Police Dept. where i work as a Desk Officer..have called me several times.On this call,while at work I asked how I could have them to stop calling my phone...I got a very rude reply from female stating"Unfortunately we are not the only persons calling your phone",then hung up.Very harassing call late evenings and early mornings.I do not have the other dates and times but will send complaint from now on each time they call. HELP!!

The message asks if I want to reduce my credit card interest rate. The recording claims that it is my final notice to save money, however they call several times daily. When I press 1 to be connected, and ask them to remove my name, they hang up immediately. If I press the number to be removed from the list, it seems to incur more calls. I find these calls to be harassing in nature, as they are trying to scam me, and they are rude.

Credit/debt services. The intro message has changed to remove "Caller Name" and "Company". Added a "Push 3 to be removed" option. Tried pushing 3 last time they called, but I am still getting calls.
