I would like to file a complaint against a business that is very likely a credit card scam. This company continues to call me, in spite of my being listed on the “do not call” telephone solicitation registry. The only information I have on this company is their phone number and their presumed call location, which I captured from my portable phone.

We have gotten six calls from this organization in the past month. They are asking me to consolidate my credit card debt into their low (as low as 6%) rates. On three occasions, the recorded message says, "this will be your last opportunity to take advantage of this"...or something very similar. Twice I have pressed 1 to speak with a representative. Twice I have asked to speak with a supervisor, but they have quickly hung up. This is really becoming a serious annoyance.

Recorded offer to reduce credit card rate. Chose option to speak w/a person. When I requested removal of my number from calling list, "Rob" disconnected the call.
