They tried to force me to give them all of my personal information, as well as, credit card account numbers, expiration dates, security codes, account balances, and more. They said that they work as a 3rd party which is working for my bank, and they will get my interest rates lowered on my credit cards at that bank. When I refused to give them information without proof of identity, they said that they were hired by 5 different banks who offer credit cards to do this work. They called back later on another phone number -(253)236-2220
