Reduce the interest rate on credit card balances. As I said before, they ask how much debt you have. If it is above $3000, and if you can (or will) provide them with a card number in "good standing", i.e. has available credit, then and only then do they promise to give you a business address. I have attempted to answer every call in order to either get some information to pass on, or to get them scared enough to finally get my phone numbers out their system.
