I have received these messages for almost two years now on almost a daily basis. The message is a pre-recorded voice, this month it is Ann with Cardmember Services telling me about a way to reduce my credit card debt due to some changes with the FED Interest Rates. Finally it always concludes that: "this is your final notice." It then asks me to press one to hear more. If I push one and ask them why they keep calling me or anything about who they are with the line immediately disconnects.
