After claiming to be from a department of "my" credit card company (note: that was the nature of the identification the recording gave - just a generic description claiming to represent a credit card company I do business with - clearly bogus), the recording said that there was no problem with my credit card, but that it was very important that I call back about securing a better rate.

This number is an automated female voice telling me nothing is wrong with my credit card, and to help lower my mortgage interest to call them back, First I don't have a Credit Card, and my house is PAID FOR.. They called my Cell number, not my house Number, my Cell Number is Still an 863 Florida number tho I live in the mountains of WV now, it's the only phone that I can receive a single here, so I kept it when I retired here 4 years ago from the Government myself..
