I hung up before finding out what company

Message indicated initially that it was from the DMV, informing me that I need to update my insurance, before switching to one where they tried to sell me insurance.

They called several times, until I answered, locking up my cell phone line.

I also pay a per-minute-plan rate, so the call cost me approximately 30 cents.
