Caller: "VISA emergency alert services"
Call rec'd this afternoon, supposedly a VISA alert from VISA/MasterCard Acct. Services, saying that I should have rec'd a notice in my last statement about change in interest rates. She said they were able to offer 0% interest credit card accounts and just needed to speak to one of their agents. I've gotten this same message from many 425 area code numbers, as well as out of area numbers. I hung up before being transferred to an agent. CID only showed phone # and the long string of numbers starting with a V.
