Rec'd robocall at about 9:45 a.m. this morning local time from Lisa at Card Holder Services, with same message I've rec'd for months from many different numbers. Claim to be able to lower interest rates for credit cards. I hung up before being transferred to an agent. CID only showed phone # and a long line of numbers.
