Called this afternoon while I was out of apt. Left a message, though only partially recorded. Indicated I needed to contact them to avoid an arrest warrant from being issued. No further particulars heard. This is a scam, as IRS doesn't call people; anything of this magnitude is communicated by snail mail (USPS). CID only showed phone # and Bellevue, WA.
