Offering "$3,000 in saving certificates" for groceries plus a "free emergency alert bracelet or necklace"--I have received dozens of variations on this pitch from the same phone number, including one pitch purportedly from "John in the shipping dept." who wants me to call to schedule my "free emergency alert system" because so many older people need this system. These calls clearly target seniors, whether they are on the do-not-call list or not. Both 425-873-2847 and 425-873-3849 call with the same spiel.
