Got a Call from a "Foreigner" sounding person, accent sounded Indian, said his name was Alex Dalton, from the U.S. Treasury, Department of Legal Affairs. We needed to call him. That an action file had been opened up against me.

Receive a call from a foreign man named Roy Miller who wanted me to call him back regarding the US Treasury Dept and I was being sued. He also suggested my legal attorney call him if I could not return the call. A name like Roy Miller does not fit the foreign accent.
Big Scam going on.

This Indian accented man called to say that we were to call him back before something bad happened. The first time he left a message, the second time he called back, didn't leave a message and then called a third time when I did pick up. He asked if I had tried to call him back, I said "no that you are a scammer and I'm not going to talk with you". He said okay but best of luck to me in a very condescending way.
