yes, this caller leaves no message and I don't know anyone in the 430 area code, where ever that is..

Today alone and it's only 118 this number has called me 4 times that is four times. They never never never leave a message. I don't know who they are I called him back just now and told him to stop calling me or I was going to look into taking legal action. This is ridiculous I don't know who these people are that they think they can call you 4 times 1 day before 2 which means that they're not finished please stop these calls. Please stop these calls. Please stop these calls.

I believe this is a another number that is same agency is using that I received numerous calls from before now. My research on the internet says it's a robocall. They definitely are not leaving the message and the calls are unsolicited annoying and caller unknown.
