US Government Grant Department scam. Through her broken English she was either saying I needed to pay $9k for a grant that was issued years ago and she needed my checking account information OR she was going to give me $9k and needed my checking account information. Either way, I believe this may have been her first day with the new scam so she sighed heavily and then hung up on me. Called the Tn back and it gave me both a ring as well as a "Number disconnected" error, at the same time.
