Here's a quick and easy way to stop these annoying phone calls, call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's and receiving phone numbers. They'll verify if the caller's phone number is on their list and add the receiving phone number on to the do not call request list. Their processing time is 48 business hours and then the calls will stop.

Apparently cardholder services for American Express, Master Card, and Wells Fargo have consolidated and outsourced overseas. I have none of these cards. They didn't even refer to me by name on the phone. This is so obviously a scam.

Same as everyone else said. It was on my cell phone. All of our numbers are on the Do Not Call, but it does not matter. We are constantly getting calls. If I need my rate lowered, I will call you.

Told them I don't do business over the phone. Told them to mail me info to the address on record (knowing they didn't have one). They hung up.

Call came through to my cell phone. I do not answer calls I do not recognize so I pushed ignore on the key pad. Did not leave a message. I have been getting numerous scam calls on my cell which is on all DNC lists and has been for a while. I just renewed it so I know it is still on the DNC lists.

Same as other respondents. Robot phishing call lower rates on my nonexistent unmentioned by name credit card to my cell phone. My number is on DNC list nationwide and in my state. Scam. Don't ever push a number to be put on their do not call list. It should never have gotten to this point in the first place.

This is a credit card scam at its "finest"! They are looking for information to max out your credit cards. I knew it was a scam cuz I have no credit cards. Furthermore, DON'T PRESS 1 TO BE TAKEN OFF THE LIST. This is part of the scam. Beware!

Definite scam. FTC should look into this. I am on do not call list, too. They have no regard for the law, which prohibits robocalls.

Computer voice said it was My Credit Card Company and wanted me to press 1 to lower my interest. If it was my credit card company, they would have said the name of the card to lower interest to. Scam/Spam
