These guys (Michael and Albert) are spammers. They call to inform you you are getting a refund on a virus protection program purchased. DO NOT buy into their scheme, and Do Not get them gain remote access to your computer. They will lock it with a pass code (1,2,3,4). Run recovery/restoral, if they lock your computer.
