This is you calling your voice mail my VM pops up I have a message when there is no number on my caller id. So I call VM and it's this number or 2740 always someone wanting money for student loan or IRS lien I have neither

Someone is spoofing the number, most likely a telemarketer or scammer using software. That number is actually your AT&T voicemail number when NOT being spoofed.

Called; I let it go to voicemail. Listened to voice mail and got cut off recorded message that said "select 2" then message ended abruptly.

When I call this number back it is my voicemail. My calls are all diverted and I have no way to stop this. I am being targeted by the government so more than likely this is to one of their nazi fusion centers. America is gone, there is no more freedom.
